CCD Studios COVID-19 Statement

As the global COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, CCD Studios are working to prioritise the mental and physical health of our employees along with our clients and business partners, whilst adhering to guidance from the UK Government.


We are also closely following updates from both the NHS and World Health Organisation. Our aim is to continue delivering the same level of service to all our customers, in spite of the restrictions and recommendations put in place as a result of the virus. 


For our employees

Naturally we have closed our Head Office, meaning that employees are working remotely where possible. Our pre-existing flexible working policy means that all employees are already well positioned to be fully operational from home. It is imperative to us that whilst our team members are in isolation, they do not feel isolated.


With this in mind, we have implemented additional remote working tools to ensure our employees can stay connected, alongside our regular systems. Daily video meetings allow us to stay in communication, and to simply check in with one another during these difficult times. We have put stringent systems in place to ensure that our processes are secure and GDPR compliant. 


For our customers 

CCD Studios are committed to operating at full capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We expect there to be little to no change in the level of support and customer services we offer, and we’re pleased to report that we are continuing to deliver projects for new and existing clients. As per UK Government recommendations, we have halted any non-essential business travel, and as a result are happy to conduct client meetings via phone or video call.
