Our task was to create a suite of sites for the MCG group, each with its own identity. The group wide rebrand will future-proof their digital platforms. Recruitment websites carry a unique challenge, based on the nature of their three target audiences; clients, candidates and prospective employees - and their individual user objectives. Our focus was to create a high impact brand across a range of sites, each operating in different sectors. The ultimate objective was to engage users across each target audience, and convert site visitors.
The entire project was highly collaborative, working closely with the MCG group marketing team and using existing brand guidelines. From conception to execution we maintained an open channel of client communication, allowing us to quickly deliver iterations and have good visibility of workflow. Developing on brand guidelines, our design team worked on finalising visual decisions and refining the designs, before the development team began bringing these ideas to life.
Overall, the finished project successfully delivered on the MCG Group brief, in the form of a suite of separate sites with clear brand continuity. Our work will help MCG Group to meet their goals and objectives, attracting talent, clients and prospective employees alike.
